Wait... WHERE does Red Sox Pitcher, Rich Hill, work out??

ICYMI...

Boston native and MLB'er, Rich Hill, has returned to the area for work. He signed with the Red Sox but the lockout delayed traditional spring training and conventional pre-season warmup practices. As noted in these two articles below, Mr. Hill has been visiting The Farm for many off-season cycles because he sees the physical therapy team at Champion PT + Performance. He has just flown under the radar until now. 

It doesn't hurt to have some history with Mike Freire in the Yawkey League, and several of the newest technologies to measure performance. Check out the articles here. Meanwhile, we'll be cheering Rich on and looking forward to seeing him in person again next winter.
